Returns & Exchanges

At 10X Health System, we stand by the performance and quality of our apparel. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the original items with all tags attached into the shipping mailer and include the generated packing slip inside.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
